We are committed to minimizing wait times, meeting scheduled arrival times, and ensuring timely transportation to and from destinations, all while prioritizing passenger safety. With a dedicated team of transportation professionals and a well-equipped fleet, we have the capacity to accommodate high-volume transportation needs with efficiency and reliability, including transportation for dialysis patients, contracted rides for healthcare providers, and flexible ride services for individuals and families.

PRICING

At FAMCO Logistics, pricing is tailored to each client based on their unique transportation needs. Every contract and transportation solution is customized to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Due to the complexity of scheduling and driver availability, we require a minimum of one week’s lead time before starting services.

For individual transportation services, the following fees apply:

• Annual Registration Fee: $100 (per passenger) – This yearly fee supports administrative tasks related to onboarding and maintaining customized transportation plans for each passenger.
• Additional Passenger Fee: $70 (per additional passenger associated to the same household) – This applies to each additional related passenger or "friend" requiring transport. The first passenger is charged the full registration fee.
• Wait Fee: $100 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments) – If a passenger is not ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, this fee will apply. We will not wait longer than 1 hour at a pickup location. (This fee does not apply to time spent in transit between pickup and drop-off.)
• No-Show / Late Cancellation Fee: Minimum $30 (varies by distance) – This fee applies if a passenger is not present at the scheduled location and cancellation was not provided at least 3 hours in advance. The fee increases based on trip distance.
• Same-Day Service Fee: $25 – Our "Need It Now" service allows for last-minute booking of a one-way or round-trip ride for up to three days per week. While this option provides flexibility, the added fee reflects the strain last-minute scheduling places on our operations.
