All drivers must meet the following qualifications before providing transportation services through FAMCO Logistics:

• Valid driver's license(s) and a clean driving record
• Completion of a DOT physical exam to ensure they meet health and safety requirements
• Safe driving history, verified through an up-to-date Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Documented experience assisting the elderly, individuals with disabilities, or those with special needs
• Alcohol and substance testing to maintain a drug-free driving environment
• Fingerprinting and comprehensive background checks for security and peace of mind
• First Aid & CPR certification to ensure drivers are prepared for emergencies
• HIPAA training to protect passenger privacy and sensitive medical information
• Defensive driving training to enhance road safety and accident prevention
• Routine vehicle inspections to ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards
